Need to move netraid 4m card

I have an LH6000 with a netraid 4m card controlling a raid 5 array. I need to take the 4m card and replace it with a 2m card. (4m needs to go in a new server-tc4100 which can't use the 2m) Can I do this without losing any data? How should I go about it?

I don't think this is possible. The two controllers are made by different manufacturers, and they both use a different method for functioning. You will have to do a restore from backup.

NO the compatibility is from 2M to 4M and not from 4M to 2M

There is no compatibility between Netraid4M and Netraid2M. Data on your Raid5 HDs can not be simply moved to new Controller. You must Backup your data, new configure your HDs and initialize your new Raid5 logical drive with Netraid2M and after that you must restore your data.
