Netserver E800

I have 2 memory bank
ECC SD-Ram, 512MB,PC-133, 7.ons Registreed, Apcer.

When I use the memory my server don't start and when the bios check the ram if dectect only 512MB on 1GB

Did you think a need to update the Bios ?

The E800 supports memory up to 2GB with 512MB max dimms. The HP Dimms are 133mhz SDRAM ECC buffered dimms. With non HP memory it is possible that the specs of the memory dimms cause only one to show available to the system. Boot the server one by one and if both DIMMS show individually but with both DIMMS only 512 total shows then the memory is out of specs for the Netserver to recognize them both. HP memory is made to tighter specification than third party memory.
