Trouble with Navigator on NetServer TC4100

Hi,
i am trying to set up a HP TC4100 with 3 hot swap hd 36 Gb e 3 hot swap hd 18 GB. Everything is OK (BIOS recognise them, ecc...), but when I try to launch HP NetRAID Assistant I see no phisical or logical disk. I see only the two channel. I cannot understand. Thank you! Bye

Bruno,

When you say you see your hotswap hdds in the Bios do you mean in the SCSI bios and on POST but not in NetRaid Assist? That would indicate that you are cabled to the onboard SCSI and not your NetRaid 2M.

Check your cabling and verify your config.
