Help Newbie w/ NAS Cluster
Ok, folks- here goes-
I have a NAS Cluster (failover- 2 HP DL380 G4s). There are four partitions (150 GB ea.) carved out on my SAN and presented to the cluster. No data on the four drives. I want to decrease the size of them to 100 GB each. HOW?
When I browse to https://ip:3202 \CLUSTER \Cluster_Resources \ I see:
Drive X
Drive Y
Drive W
Drive Z
Cluster IP
Cluster Name
Disk Q (Quarrum Disk)
Is this where I want to edit the size here? or in Disk Management in the OS? Can someone help me out here, please?? Is there a good Admin Guide somewhere?
Many thanks,
Brandon

Re: Help Newbie w/ NAS Cluster
Hi Brandon,
Best practise:
- when LUN´s without data delete LUN´s on Storage Systeme
- Create new LUN´s on storage System
- del disk resources in WEBUI and create new res with WEB ui
All other things (decrease LUN in Array and use diskpart in Windows etc.) does not work.
Keep your work incomplex
regards
markus
