Might be that the recovery DVD requires that you have the exact same physical disks inside. First thing to try is to remove all existing configurations before running the recovery DVD.

i also think so, but i checked on the website, HP doesn't provide 4TB option, so i can't download the OS for 4TB, is there any other solution to use the recovery disk?

i boot with the recovery disk , it give following error message ,
An error occured while restoring the factory image, createpartition: failed to create partition on disk 0 = 5, does any body know the solution
