Anyone know if it is ok to update this product with all windows critical updates and service packs? Thanks in advance.

HP would prefer to test and approve security patches before they are installed on the system. Unfortunately security patches are released to HP testing and the enduser at the same time. This causes short term security issues in the customer environment. HP asks, if possible, that the customer wait until the security patches are tested.
Official verbage: "HP will acknowledge any security patches that Microsoft posts for Windows Storage Server 2003 or Windows SAK 2.0, with the understanding that HP has not tested the patch on HP StorageWorks NAS platforms"
