Hi, I want to configure two different range IP address for one server in different NIC's,

Hi,

 

I want to configure two IP address for one server, the two IP addresses are in different network..

 

My server is HP DL360p Gen8  have 4NIC ports.

 

i will plan to configure different IP's in different port and i am able to ping both Network..

 

if i configured?i have face any network conflict issue or network related issue?

 

is it okay?

 

 

Please suggest..

This is an old post --- all time you can ping another subnet by routing by commands -is very intuitive- or enable the routing in a smart switch or router.
