Broadcast Asia 2023: Navigating disruption and driving innovation forward!

One of the most-awaited anchor events of Asia Tech x Singapore, Broadcast Asia 2023, was a massive success, offering the opportunity for partners to get together alongside industry thought leaders, top decision-makers, as well as representatives from governments and enterprises to connect and learn from each other. The event, held in June, was a  show of discovery, learning, and networking.

Broadcast Asia 2023 was a host to a wealth of co-located events enabling participants to network and keep their fingers on the pulse of the latest tech trends, challenges and opportunities, including:

This year, Matt Quirk, WW Channels & Ecosystem Leader of HPE OEM Solutions team, joined forces with a distinguished panel of industry experts at Broadcast Asia's 'Navigating Disruption in Broadcast' event. The panel, featuring luminaries such as Dennis Breckenridge (CEO, Elevate Broadcast), Fabio Gattari (Director, Etere), and Sean Curran (GM, Eluvio), was skilfully moderated by Darren Whitehead (Director, IABM). Together, they delved into cutting-edge advancements in technology, the pressing issue of talent scarcity, the industry's economic prospects, and the myriad challenges and opportunities confronting visionary innovators in the field.

Matt said, "Innovation propels this industry forward with electrifying momentum. Disruption has become the norm, and forging resilient, mutually beneficial partnerships truly holds the key to distinguishing fleeting progress from lasting success."

At Broadcast Asia 2023, attendees gained insights on industry and technology trends impacting Asia’s broadcast and media landscape, and also on how VR and new technology are creating new content experiences. The event focused on key topics including, metaverse and Web 3.0, while also emphasizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its role in content creation, management, and monetization.
