In this session, Philip gave us a brief introduction on OEM and how HPE delivers innovative technology to help OEM partners. The virtual session provided us insights on how you can provide new services to your customers by deploying enterprise technology closer to where the data is created.

What is OEM?

The session explained how businesses can benefit from OEM and further save a great deal of time and effort. In a simple example, when an OEM customer wants to market their solution, HPE OEM provides a value proposition that includes HPE technology integrated with the OEM customer intellectual property. Our OEM solutions help partners tackle challenges around advanced technology, global support and supply chain. With this, HPE OEM helps them create new services faster, build intelligent edge solutions, and minimize risk.

The session further shared highlights on The Experience Edge- as Philip states, the place “where people work, learn, visit, and go, it's the place where experiences become smart and digital”. Philip provided some good examples of Edge applications where they connect devices, appliances, and users onto networks in an IoT environment.
