10.20 Trusted sys root passwd recovery

Need some help figuring out how to recover root account. Someone has tried logging in to many times and locked out the root account on a trusted system.

You should be able to log onto the machine on the Console even when the root account is locked. That is assuming that you know the root passwd.

Once you have logged in on the Console, execute

# /usr/lbin/modprpw -k root
