10.20 user license

I'm in the process of upgrading from a 32 to unlimited user license. I have found out that I need the 10.20 application cd which I donot have. How do I get the specific info I need to upgrade license.

The December application CD has the file set required to carry out the upgrade.

The product should also be avail on the hp site providing you have support.

For 10.20 you require:-

UnlimUserLic B.10.20.01 HP-UX Unlimited User Licence 10.20

I can not find:-
UnlimUserLic B.10.20.01 HP-UX Unlimited User Licence 10.20 on the HP site, but if you have HP support the request the December Application Release CD.

I cannot find license s/w of Dec cd either so I'll get cd application.

Hey I take it on back. I found and ordered it on the web. If you donot sign on with the id with the service agreement but donot even get to see it.
