11i latest sam patch

Can anyone inform me where I can find the latest sam patch for 11i version 1?
I am having peoblems compiling a new kernel and the ITRC says to load the latest sam patch...

latest s700_800 11.11 cumulative SAM patch is:
PHCO_31312

The cumulative SAM patch, PHCO_31312, was released in Dec 2004, for HP-UX 11.11, so I believe that should be the latest,
