2 packages use same subnet?

I have the impression that as a resource the subnet has to be unique for each packages configured, is it not true?

Re: 2 packages use same subnet?

No. The IP address should be different for each package. But all packages can be on the same network subnet.

Package1 IP = 170.170.170.1
Package2 IP = 170.170.170.2
Package3 IP = 170.170.170.3

is a perfectly valid configuration.

Actually, if you are not using network trunking on your interfaces and you do not have enough number of interfaces, this behavior id pretty much expected, i.e., all package IP's and the server IP's being on the same subnet.
