30GB UDO problem

I'm trying to mount a newly newfs'ed 30GB UDO optical disc, but it states that it's an unrecognized file system. I've tried newfsing it as a Vxfs and HFS, but cannot mount it.

I'm currently doing a mediainit, but that will take a few hours.

Note that I was able to mount other optical discs, that had data on them, in the past with an older version of 11i, so I know the drive is set to work with HPUX.
