At the time of 11.0 installation, I have seen the following options:
>64-bit CDE HP-UX Environment
>64-bit HP-UX Minimal
Could you please tell me the difference between the above options?

I is the CDE whch is an add on graphics package and the other is a minimal stripped down os . Both for 64 bit

You can allways install cde at a later date if you find you need it.

We will be using it for SAP/Oracle application Server.
We are not going to run any other applications apart from these two.

Since you are going to use SAP, I think that you should go for the CDE installation. Even if you go for a minimal installation, you could install CDE at a later stage also.

But if you intend to use pc's to access the server using emulation software then yes install CDE.
