I tried this morning to go onto the technical knowledge base to browse MCSG documents, when, to my suprise, I was not able to retrieve any using the usual keywords. This is when I discovered that my profile was no longer linked to a system handle!!!
The system handle I was using was to one of my CSS V2500s, so I do not understand why I have been locked out of this resource.
Perhaps one of you can enlighten me???!!
Urgently awaiting your response,
Your friend,
Chris

Re: A little System Handle Frustration here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does anyone else in your company have access to the forums? If they do, maybe they changed what you had access to. I've had that happen to me, and I found that one of our SA's removed me from the "support" list because technically I'm not an SA (system admin), I'm in R&D. I of course got that fixed right away.

Re: A little System Handle Frustration here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Handles are shared out, or at least this one was and this handle I had was to a CSS agreement server, whose status hasn't changed, so I don't know why I was dropped.
John,
I don't have a question and I usually don't because the TKB almost always has the info I need. I unfortunately don't have access to them because of my recent access denial. I just like to enjoy some "light reading" and to keep current.
Thanks again
Chris

Re: A little System Handle Frustration here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I placed a call and they are still working on it. Funny thing - tell them not to update the case and not email you... because when you go to look at the call - You can not read it because you don't have access to anything under that System Handle.... ugh
Anyway - here's what they told me:
Any issues you are having you have to place a call to the number it references. The ITRC response Center number is 800-633-3600 and you request to speak to an ITRC Engineer. One thing I am wondering is if any of this has to do with SAP. Just recently all the agreements were migrated to our new SAP system.
