You could use the swcopy command to create a depot and then the swinstall command on that depot.

Swcopy into one depot, select both, and install at one time.

Now I wonder if this is a safe way to proceed. Since both the driver and the patch install updated kernels is there a chance that they will interfere w/ each other when they are preparing the new kernel?
