add cpu's to npar

What does this mean?

I'm guessing that you've got iCOD CPUs available with no iCOD licenses installed to activate them.

Hi Torsten,
I want to assign 2 more cpu's to my npar (prhc11), iCOD Resources allocation shows partition has 4 inactive cpus, however, Local hard partition info says they have no license ¿?

What is the procedure to assign more cpu's to this npar?

Different versions of iCap and iCod have some very different functionalties and commands. I'm not that familiar with this - sorry.
