Add X-Terminal

Hello!

I have an HP C2732A X-Terminal, and want to boot from an HP-UX 10.20 Workstation.
Is there any software, which has to be installed on this workstation, to boot the client?

You need to install the ENWARE X-station software (B4474DA)

Strictly speaking no ... ie the enware S/W does not need to be installed on the hp-ux 10.20 system but on any system on the same subnet. It'll be able to XDMCP connect and run an X / CDE session from any system running say dtlogin on this network.

If using CDE you may find the older xterminals require a font server setup on an hp-ux system with CDE's dt interface fonts installed : see man xfs and be aware you need to point the xterminal to the font server by means of editting its font path via the config screen : add line : tcp:ipaddress:7000.
