DTC Dedicated Service

Can the DTC be configured to attach a serial device to the DTC port and connect to a specific IP-Address and TCP service port?
Lantronix and Xyplex have this feature, but I do not know how to do this with a DTC port.

I dont think HP's DTC Manager is able specify a services port for DTC port. But you can specify an IP to each DTC port.
Do a man on "dtcmodifyconfs"

I'm not sure what you are planing to do. IP over a RS232 interface?

In the case that you want to use a dedicated device for a serial port of the DTC is DDFA your friend. It is independent from the DTC management software, because it's part of the ARPA fileset.
