When I am trying to add a new client in my igniteux server It throws this Warning: Zero length config.sys copied from
Igniteux Server details
B.11.11 U 9000/800
# swlist |grep -i ignite

That message is a bit worrisome.
I would do two things.
Check the contents of that file.
Run a test to see if the Ignite client is really useful in any way.

Thanks for the replies, I have reinstalled ignite and I hope that sorted out the issue. But after reinstalling I couldn't find
IUX-Recovery C.6.3.324 Ignite-UX network recovery tool subset
Is it necessary for Ignite server and if so where can I fin this, I checked in the appl cds and Os cds it not listing thr..

Thanks for the response, I have updated my ignite to
# swlist |grep -i ignite
IGNITE C.7.6.100 HP-UX Installation Utilities (Ignite-UX)
Ignite-UX-11-11 C.7.6.100 HP-UX Installation Utilities for Installing 11.11 Systems
And re-installed ignite in all clients with this version. Now am able to take backups.
