Adding new clietn issue in Ignite Server

Hi ,
When I am trying to add a new client in my igniteux server It throws this Warning: Zero length config.sys copied from .And then it adds the client. Are there any issues with this warning? please help me out to solve this issue.

Igniteux Server details

B.11.11 U 9000/800
# swlist |grep -i ignite

Shalom,

That message is a bit worrisome.

I would do two things.

Check the contents of that file.

Run a test to see if the Ignite client is really useful in any way.

Might just want to upgrade Ignite.. There are many many many many little issues that keep getting fixed in the updates.

Save time for other things and update.

Looks like the ignite server you have do not support the client you add.. What is the client OS? Go the path of the file it is talking and see from which DIR they are piacked.

Thanks for the replies, I have reinstalled ignite and I hope that sorted out the issue. But after reinstalling I couldn't find

IUX-Recovery C.6.3.324 Ignite-UX network recovery tool subset

Is it necessary for Ignite server and if so where can I fin this, I checked in the appl cds and Os cds it not listing thr..

Thanks for the response, I have updated my ignite to
# swlist |grep -i ignite
IGNITE C.7.6.100 HP-UX Installation Utilities (Ignite-UX)
Ignite-UX-11-11 C.7.6.100 HP-UX Installation Utilities for Installing 11.11 Systems

And re-installed ignite in all clients with this version. Now am able to take backups.
