Re: AM60Srvr is not running
Have a look for the actual start-up script
under /sbin/init.d I suspect it will have
to be started similar to this
/sbin/init.d./hparray start
It could be that there are other processes
that need to start also and that is why it doesn't start.

Re: AM60Srvr is not running
first type /sbin/init.d/hparamgr stop to make sure you shut down the deamon then type /sbin/init.d/hparamgr start.
check for the deamon using ps -ef | grep AM60Srvr to see if it running.
for error logs check the syslog file in /var/adm/syslog.log
goodluck

Re: AM60Srvr is not running
This is slightly off track, but PHCO_23149 usually SOLVES this type of problem.
I'm assuming you have an FC60.
The FC60 controller should be on F/W revision HP03 (later versions have bugs, as/when/if HP10 is released this may well sort it all out)
sc10 unit HP04
disks ??? depending on your disks
Below is an extract from an email from HP.

>ST336704LC HP03
>ST173404LC HP03

Lastly, HP know they have some issues with the fc60, there is a (I believe free) on-site check they check
1. Checks/replaces SCSI cables
2. Checks/replaced SC10 BCC's
3. Upgrade/Downgrade Controller firmware
4. Upgrade Disk firmware
Cheers
