Another Sendmail 8.11.1 rev 1.4. question

HI,ux11.00.

I have checked that we are running sendmail 8.11.1 rev1.4. Now, the latest security digest notice with sendmail entry is document id HPSBUX0309-281. It states to fix problems install patches recommended in HPSBUX0304-253. In this doc, in the affected versions section for UX11.00 it states

HP-UX B.11.00
=============
SMAIL-811.INETSVCS-SMAIL
--> fix: B.11.00.01.004 or subsequent
--> (web upgrade to Sendmail 8.11.1 Version 4
--> or subsequent)
Modify /etc/mail/sendmail.cf

InternetSrvcs.INETSVCS-RUN
fix: PHNE_28809 or subsequent
Modify /etc/mail/sendmail.cf

Firstly - I check the software depot for web version sendmail 8.11.1. Info on this states:
On HP-UX 11.0
Sendmail 8.11.1 Version 4 (B.11.00.01.004) released in July 2003, is the latest version of HP's mail routing facility that is shipped with the HP-UX 11.00 system as a web upgrade. This Webupgrade requires libc patch PHCO_22076 or a superseding patch.
It was released in July 2003. So, from this am I right in thinking that I do not need to install the web upgrade again?
I did find that we dont have PHCO_22076 installed - so, yes, I should install this patch?
Secondly, the InternetSrvcs.INETSVCS-RUN file.
This requires PHNE_28809 according to the Affected versions section. Yet, wheneveer I see this doc id HPSBUX0304-253 mentioned it only talks about a web upgrade.

Can anyone shed some light this way? Please?


And this needs to be done before I install the file fixes recommended in doc HPSBUX0309-281.

Actually, just wnat too also check - is sendmail 8.11.1 rev 1.4=sendmail 8.11.1 rev 4 ?
