online diagnostic cstm information EMC disk not available

Hi all,
Recently I upgraded OnlineDiag to the latest release (I usually keep up with this). I noted however that I can no longer get information for the "EMC Array (EMCSYMMETRIX)" entries in cstm (which are disks from an EMC 5930 array).
I get a "^-- (InfoLog) is currently disabled. --" returned. Since "Info" works for the other hardware and disks I think that maybe EMC disks are no longer "supported" in OnlineDiag.

Can someone confirm that this is indeed the case (or tell me what I am doing wrong) ?

Hi T.G.,
I would say that refers to the actual monitoring of the arrays. We have the same problem as described in the document (with our ClarIIon boxes, the Symmetrix boxes are monitored fine). We solve this by using "disabled_instances" for those specific hardwarepaths. However, cstm always used to work ... (even if EMS itself did not).

Walked to the complete document. All the configfiles seem to be in place and correct. Also did a remap of the system. Remains the same ... :-(

Hi Tom,

I have the same problem as you described.
I updated OnlineDiad and the InfoLog is disabled. I have tried everything - nothing was succesful. But if I use xstm I get information. That is confusing.

I looked in the release notes for the STM
version you've and didn't find something special about EMC luns support. I'll check
what else can be done.
