Apache fails to load mod_perl
I'm running Apache 2.0.58, which was loaded from the HP's Web Server Suite v2.16. When I uncomment
"LoadModule perl_module modules/mod_perl.so" in httpd.conf and try and start Apache, it compains with the following error:
[error] Can't locate strict.pm in @INC
...
[error] Can't load Perl module ModPerl::Registry for server...
When I looked in the perl directory that Apache is using, it is missing strict.pm and several other .pm files that I would expect to be there .
Does anyone have a working Apache2 that is using mod_perl? Can you tell me which version you are running. Any other clues to the above?
Thanks

Re: Apache fails to load mod_perl
Shalom,
Perhaps a delivery problem with http.conf or customizations that you have kept from a previous configuration.
This clearly shouldwork.
You could try a different version in case this is a bug. If its a bug, don't forget to report it.
