Apollo 715/33 startup fails

Hi,

We've got an old 715/33 here which won't startup at all, the screen stays blank and the led's 1 and 3 to 7 are all on. Does anyone have manual closeby to figure out what this means, or maybe even knows where to find a manual online?

According to the manual it means that

"Error while trying to access Serial Console Device, Port B"

Sorry, I forgot, attached is the section from the manual which describes all the LED combinations and what they mean from the 715/33 owners guide P/N A2084-90613 price $26.00
