Are Virtual RAM disks supported for HP-UX 11.X or higher?

Are Virtual RAM disks supported for HP-UX 11.X or higher?

I have searched many forums here for this answer. I have only found that this is not supported for HP-UX 10.X and lower.

Can someone confirm to me that this is, or not, support with HP-UX 11.X and higher?

Can you also send me insructions , a doc, on how to create these RAM disks as well?
