Automatic Reboot of HPUX srever....

My HPUX server is rebooting automaticaly,..
/var/adm/shutdownlog shows
21:11 Thu Nov 15, 2007. Reboot:
00:45 Fri Nov 16, 2007. Reboot:
05:53 Fri Nov 16, 2007. Reboot:
09:18 Fri Nov 16, 2007. Reboot:

I checked cron, at entries, but it is not the reason.

Its not reboot because of issue.. you need to check the OLDsyslog.log.... It seems that system is being rebooted by the root user... Check with your colleagues who has root access.

Check /etc/rc.log timestamp see if it is correct, what OS you are running ?

OS Version : HP-UX B.11.31 U ia64
and it is member of a two node cluster...

Do you have saved crashes in /var/adm/crash ?

Examine dumps (if any) and check what is the problem - TOC from SG, HMPC from HW error.
