Basic guide for setting up a web console.

I currently can't use mine because Network Admininistration refused to give me enough IP addresses.

That will eventually resolved, hopefully not with a shotgun and then I need a doc for doing it. For some reason I'm not doing the itrc search right and am getting frustrated.

10 points for first right answer, 5 for good ones after that.

Oh, and happy holidays, all of you that have them coming up.
