blowfish encrypt and decrypt

hi guys:

I need help about encryption and decryption through free source code writing accordng to blowfish algorithm. It's writing through perl.I don't know how to use them. Here is the requirement , the Makefile containning username and password . I need to write a script to call encrypt and decrypt program .But I don't know how to call it. Anybody could help me? Thank you!!!

sorry , here is the code. But I already find another tool to solve my case. It's ccrypt. If you are interested in it. You could find the source in internet.
