boot error on virtual guest

Hi,

Am not able to boot up hpux virtual guest server. Startup logs as attached. Can anybody help to shine some light please. Thanks.

what there any patching or server activity perform in this Box,

What hpvm version?

Did you use AVIO for boot disk?

If yes, try without (normal SCSI, not AVIO).
