BUILDING BIND9.2.3, BIND9.3RC1
Hello all,
I need to build on HP Visualise 3600 HPUX11.11i the BIND9.x.x package. Do you have more and precise informations regarding the environment neccesary to do this build succesfully( the compiler, the C,C++ libraries, headers, the other useful tool like make, autoconf, etc. ), eventually links to useful docs?
Thanks in advance !!!

Hope this helps,

Re: BUILDING BIND9.2.3, BIND9.3RC1
As I recall, there are some writeups in the README's and whatnot that come with the sources which discuss the environments in which BIND compiles.
From my experience one uses the (in my case HP ANSI) C compiler, not C++ and the standard make suffices. Autoconf and such isn't required.
