can a TX ethernet interface card be backup card to a SX card in MC conf

2 interface cards in MC,one is SX,and another is TX, TX is standby card;
is this right configuration in a MC, or these two cards shoud be the same?

They are both ethernet, so as long as your network topology is correct (i.e. the fibre and copper switches as spanning tree'd together such that data link level connections between the cards are possible) you shouldn't have a problem.

Test with linkloop - if you can linkloop from one card to the other, then it should work fine in Serviceguard.

Generally, the rule of thumb is that as long as they both use the same topology/transport, there is no problem.
So, as these will both be Ethernet cards, they should be fine
