can I install hp-ux on lp1000r

Hello
I am going to set up a HP-ux server as a testing/training server.
I have a free HP -lp1000r, can I install HP-ux 11 on it?

No, this is an Intel basd PC as far as I know, and will not run HP-UX

My house is the bank's, my money the wife's, But my opinions belong to me, not HP!

Nope - HP-UX will only run on systems equipped with either PA-RISC or Itanium processors.

The LP 1000r is an Intel Pentium based server, right? If so, then the answer is NO, you can't install HP-UX on it. HP-UX MUST run on either HP PA-RISC architecture machines or HP / Intel Itanium architecture machines. There is no version of HP-UX for PC architectures (Pentium CPUs).
