Can I know the secons where one file its modify or create?

Hi,

Is there any way to know the secons where one file it was created or modified??
If I do an ls

#ls -l
Jun 18 2003 .perflbd.socket
Jun 4 18:47 .AgentSockets
Jul 2 02:54 NSCERTMAP.131
Jul 2 02:54 NSCERTMAP.145

I can see the date and the hour and minute, but the secons??
