						Hi,
I am installing a A4855A DLT Tape library on an HP 9000 running HP-UX 11.00. I have a wonderfully helpful document name "Configure a Tape Library IN HP-UX (10.x, 11.x)". The DocID is listed as KBAN00000190 and was updated 20000201. I was given hardcopy of this document by someone who received it from an HP tech back in 2000. I would like to have the file online but do not wish to enter all that text. I cannot find it on the HP site either under title or DocID. The document gave step by step instructions on how to add a tape device to the kernel, how to set up and test the picker, etc. etc. Can anyone point me to a similar file that would be helpful in setting up tape devices in particular or SCSI devices in general. I have already looked at the PDF User Guide for the A4855A but that document does not really get into the details of tape drive installation. If, as I suspect, the file has been discontinued, it is really too bad since the file was really very helpful and I would like to have it in my library of help files.
Thanks,
Darrell Tschakert

						Hi Darrell,
That document appears to have been deleted - I certainly cannot see it when I search for internally. However there is a document with a similar title submitted in 2001 and updated in 2002; ref: DFQKBCA00000222
Please be aware that you will only be able to find these documents on the ITRC if your ITRC profile is linked to a valid system handle from your contract.
regards,
Darren.

						I HAVE A WINNER.
Thank you both. That is exactly what I was looking for. It saved me entering all that text.
