cfg2html file contents
Hi,
We are using cfg2html to capture system configuration information.
On one Superdome this works with no problem, and we get all the cellboard information.
On another Superdome we do not get the cellboard information. If I look in the .err file it shows:-
olrad:ERROR:Command only for internal use
vxvm:vxdg: ERROR: IPC failure: Configuration daemon is not accessible
olrad -q":
olrad:ERROR:Command only for internal use
stderr output from "SuperDomeInfo":

Any suggestions on how we can fix this would be greatly appraciated?
Thanks

Re: cfg2html file contents
Hard to suggest something, because you did not mention your OS.
How about the patch bundles?
Are they current?
If not, install latest bundles.
AFAIR, in some older releases "olrad" command was only refered as "rad" (must be really old ;-))
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: cfg2html file contents
Hi,
Thanks for your input. I have compared the software installed on the system where the cfg2html command works correctly, and to this one.
Both have
GOLDAPPS11i B.11.11.0406.5 Gold Applications Patches for HP-UX 11i v1, June 2004
GOLDBASE11i B.11.11.0406.5 Gold Base Patches for HP-UX 11i v1, June 2004
The only diference I could find is that on the system that does not work the additional software ISEEPlatform A.03.95.026 ISEE Platform is installed.
The system where the command works also has iCAP processors.
Hope this helps.

Re: cfg2html file contents
I would think about an update anyway - your patches are 3 years old.
