change LVM system to non-LVM system

I want install HP-UNIX 10.20 ,HDD drive is 3.5G, so I can only configure it as LVM system, but I need a Non-LVM system, is it possilble to change it from LVM to non-LVM system after first installing it as LVM system ? in other word, the question is "How to change one LVM system to NON-LVM system?"

I am not sure if it is possible to convert an LVM system to non-LVM. You need to take the backup of the system, re-install the OS with whole disk - HFS option and then restore the data.

Re: change LVM system to non-LVM system

Hi,

I don't believe that there is a way to do this.
You would have to re-install the operating
system from scratch.

There is however a way of migrating from NON-LVM to an LVM using the 'lvmmigrate' command.

"but I need an Non-LV system"

like why?
