Change Password Expiration Time in NIS

Hi,
I need to Change Password Expiration Time in NIS system.
How can i do this?
I can use the passwd -x command ?

Pedro,

I don't believe you have that option with NIS, only with NIS+.

use passwd -r nis -x 50 user.

Actually, Pete is right, you cannot setup aging on nis, nis+ only.
