changing the harddisk in k360 server
One HDD is failed in root vg. hardware config is k360 with HPUX 10.20.

Now i want to remove the pv /dev/dsk/c0t2d0 from vg00,want to create a new pv and vg on that newly replaced disk.
how to identify physical location of the disk in k360 server.
please help me to resolve this issue. replies are highly appreciated.

Is this is the mirror disk of your root vg , vg00 ?
If so, call HP to replace the disk . then make this disk bootable and then do vgcfgrestore to this disk .
