Checking physical memory.

Dear Experts,
Beside using sam,dmesg,stm and top.
As a user login, How we can check the total of physical memory?
Is there any kernel file that we can check ..?

Hi,
This can be checked by any user
$more /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log|grep Phy
