CIFS A.01.10 turning on OP locks has the reverse effect

I have CIFS running since release A.01.05.
I updated to the newer releases, if they fixed any issues I had.
Then our PDC (Win2000 Server SP4) and our BDC (Win2000 Server SP4) crashed each other.
Since this Samba wasn't funtioning well, I had to remove blocking locks and I have to turn on and off OP locks periodicaly.
Our Samba server is a full member of our domain, rejoining the domain didn't help either.
Our configuration is attached.
Any suggestions ???
