CIFS/Server A.01.03 versus A.01.02
Where can I find the new features and/or enhancements/bug fixes for A.01.03 as compared to A.01.02. Are these two CIFS versions, basically the same as Samba versions 2.0.7 and 2.0.6, respoectively?
Thanks,
..Joe

Re: CIFS/Server A.01.03 versus A.01.02
The closest thing I have found to what you want is the CIFS/9000 Release notes. They do list problems that have been fixed, but they do NOT make reference to any particular version, which I find unusual. You can look at the document online at:
http://docs.hp.com/hpux/netcom/index.html#CIFS/9000
or, if you have installed the latest release and have an Adobe Acrobat Reader available, in /opt/cifsclient/HP_Docs/CIFS9k_Client_Rel_Notes.pdf

Re: CIFS/Server A.01.03 versus A.01.02
Thanks,
Do you think it would be OK to install samba 2.0.7 on top of CIFS/9000. Or should I stay w/CIFS/9000 since HP it's bundled from HP?
