I would like to know how I can configure cifsmount to automatically mount a filesystem from a windows machine

Hi Amarjit,

This is covered in the CIFS client manual - it's available from http://docs.hp.com - and is achieved by adding a line to /etc/fstab rather than using cifsmount. You will also need to ensure that you use cifslogin to authenticate against the server.
