Re: cleanup with no -c option
The latest 11.0 version of 'cleanup' is delivered in PHCO_27779. Installation does not require a reboot. The patch may be downloaded from the ITRC patch database (Maintenance and Support -> Patching [Individual Patches] -> hp-us -> [Select 11.0 and Search by Patch ID with PHCO_27779].
Regards!

Solution1) swlist -l product -a state PHCO_27779
2) swlist -l product -a state PHCO_24347
3)If not installed, then click the link above.
4)Click the button select patch for download
5)Follow download prompts.
6) ftp the downloaded file to your HP box binary
7) mv PHCO_27779.txt PHCO_27779 if what you uploaded as extension .txt
8) sh PHC0_27779
9) swinstall -s $PWD/PHCO_27779.depot \* If the patch asks for a reboot install as follows:
swinstall -x autoreboot=true -s $PWD/PHCO_27779.depot \*
Now the patch is installed.
10)cleanup -c 1
Now it will work.
I think that is a solution. If there are specific problems or questions, please post them, I'd be happy to help.
