Where from i can downlond command line internet brower for HP-UX and how can use it.... i need step by step installation and configuration guide

Its called lynx. I believe you are going to need to compile the source code.

If the depot install fails to work, try compiling the source code.

both w3m and lynx are rather easy to use in that respect.

From the two above, lynx is recent (dec 2005) but w3m is not (2001).
w3m can inline images on xterm, but not in that old version.
Lynx is a pure text browser. Superfast, and pretty slicj in dealing with modern coded pages. Neither deal well with java, but what can be expected there.

IMHO java/javascript/flash is not to be used for normal web pages. Keep it fast, keep it simple: xhtml+css.
