Shalom,

/sbin/init.d/xfs stop

Stops the font server. No fonts no X.

modify /etc/rc.config.d/xfs to stop it at system start.

if you want to disable CDE/X-Windows edit /etc/rc.config.d/desktop as following;

DESKTOP=
DTPRTSVR=
DT_LOCAL_X_START_ALWAYS=
