command to see breakup of memory

We have 16 Gb physical memory on HP rp7400.
we want to check much memory is assigned for what.
we have two database instances & planning for third instance. Can you please tell me the command or file path where I can get this details.

Shalom,

You might find glance/gpm is better for seeing things. There is a 60 day trial on the application cd and it is quite useful at looking at individual processes.

ps

There are a number of process commands you can use to see size and owner.
