Interesting...
If you have a specific command(s) in mind, I'd compare the man pages for the two releases. This is not to say that something may not appear as an optino in a later release that was inadvertantly not documented in an earlier release, but this might help.

There is good information in /usr/share/doc. Try looking at it on a 11.0 box.
