Is there any way I can dump out all my kernel parameter setting so that I can compare it with another server

on system 1
kmtune > sys1.kern
on system 2
kmtune > sys2.kern
Get the two files on the same system and:
diff sys2.kern sys1.kern
You will get all the data you have requested.

There is no diret simple way - all you have to do is extract the kernel parameters from both the systems and write a script to compare or take a pencil and help urself :)
We can kind of draft a script for you if you can tell us the OS version you use.
in 10.20 - you have to use sysdef
in 11.x - you have to use kmtune command

I agree with Steven only addition is that you can sort the output (I dont know whether it is already sorted) of kmtune before the diff
